Join GAPA The Georgia Association of Physician Assistants is dedicated to promoting high quality, cost-effective, accessible health care as part of a physician-directed physician assistant/physician team, providing for personal growth and professional development of PAs, and promoting and representing the PA profession in Georgia. GAPA is the only organization actively promoting the PA profession in Georgia via public education initiatives, regional meetings, active lobbying, and representation to the Composite State Board of Medical Examiners (CSBME) via the Physician Assistant Advisory Committee (PAAC). The organization also acts as a professional liaison with other important health care groups including the Medical Association of Georgia, the Georgia Academy of Family Physicians, the Georgia Hospital Association, CSBME, and more.
