PA Month Sponsor: $97,200


You receive all of the benefits of the Official Conference Sponsor Package PLUS your sponsorship message will appear on all GAPA PA Month advertising, placed during September and October:

  • 5+ billboards, placed on Interstates in metro areas, generating 42+ million impressions
  • Print ads reaching 1.2+ million consumers and 7500+ healthcare professionals
  • Radio ad, broadcast to 2.4+ million listeners during a two-week period

Plus, you will have the opportunity to contribute information to GAPA health focus messaging. GAPA´s health focus for PA month will be distributed to statewide media and streamed online. GAPA also promotes the messaging through a recorded radio PSA, which is delivered to media outlets across the state.





Sponsorship & Exhibit Opportunities

Product Theater Presentation at Conference:

Interactive setting, opportunities for measurement and feedback, non-competitive with other educational programming

  • GAPA´s Summer CME Conference, July 9-13, 2012, Sandestin, FL
    Product Theater breakfast or lunch sessions, each delivered to 500 – 800 attendees*
  • GAPA´s Annual Spring CME Conference, March 20-23, 2013, Legacy Lodge, Lake Lanier Islands, GA
    Product Theater breakfast or lunch sessions, each delivered to 200 – 300 attendees*

*Product Theater packages are based on a rate of $45 per conference attendee and include a non-competitive 45 minute session in a private room with logistical (audio/visual) support. Additional options include:
- $65 per conference attendee for all of the above, plus food and beverage expenses for breakfast or lunch session
-$95 per conference attendee includes all of the above, plus an Audience Response System to allow for pre- and post-testing of the audience.
-$110 per conference attendee includes all the above, plus one e-mail survey to the attendees for follow up purposes. In this final option, we will conduct the survey, collect results and provide a written report to the supporting company. The company may determine the questions to ask as part of the survey.
In addition, an administrative fee of $5000 is payable to the Association. This covers the services of GAPA's Director of Events, who will personally administer your program prior to and post-conference. It also includes coordination of specific details pertaining to the production of the program and covers the cost of on-site administrative support.
