2007 Advertising Rates The GAPA News (per issue):
Display Ads Classified ads are typeset in-house at no additional cost. Faxes are accepted. Discounts Agency Commission Cancellation Policy Prepayment of ads is preferred; however, GAPA will invoice advertisers. To be invoiced, please provide purchase order number or other billing information as required by advertiser's purchasing department. VISA, MasterCard, and American Express are accepted. All outstanding payments must be received prior to running future advertisements.

Pronouns (we, us, him), words with three or more letters, initials, each abbreviation, and figures (i.e. – $100, or "80" in 80 Canton St.) are considered one word. A telephone number, with the area code and extension, is considered one word. If you have a post office box, "P.O. Box" is considered one word and the number of the box is one word. When box numbers are used for replies, the words "P.O. Box # , c/o GAPA" is considered three words total. Cities and states consisting of two words or more are counted as one word (i.e. "New York" and "Salt Lake City"). The zip code is considered one word. When using E-mail or Internet addresses, these count as two words each. No charge for normal punctuation. The header and footer of the ad (listed below: "City, State" and "Posted: date") are not counted. Discounts/Refunds A discount of 20% will be applied to the price of website job ads purchased in conjunction with an ad in The GAPA News. For website ads purchased without an ad in The GAPA News, the first month's fees will be charged at regular price. A 20% discount will be applied to the total cost of website ads for all consecutive, subsequent months. Unfortunately, due to costs of posting, a refund is not available on the first month's ad. However, a refund will be issued in "1/2 month" increments, if cancellation notice is received by the 1st or the 15th of the subsequent month(s) to be refunded. Ad Posting
